Senior Fullstack Developer

• Juni is the financial companion for e-commerce and internet-first businesses.

• I work as a mobile software engineer in the Frontend Platform team, responsible for building systems, tools and processes for mobile product development within Juni.

• I worked with the co-founders of Cashback through my agency Cogart Studio to build the minimum viable product of the Cashback App.

• Cashback is a fin-tech product (mobile application) that uses a community-driven, location-based approach to provide mobile money, agency banking and payment services.

• The pilot product was successfully launched within the allocated time and budget, adequately meeting all technical and functional requirements set out for the project.

• Simbi was a chatbot which was capable of solving some math problems while being friendly and polite.

• I built Simbi as a fun project while exploring Natural Language Processing. The conversation capability was powered by a naive language processing and synthesis algorithm I wrote without use of any external library, while the math capability (algebra, calculus etc) was powered by a symbolic math library, Nerdamer (https://nerdamer.com/).

• My best moments with Simbi as a project includes when a friend told me that a classmate of his used Simbi to solve an integration problem in class which a professor told them took him 3 days and a second occasion where she politely turned down a date offer.
