Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: September 5, 2026
You can ask Slashdev LLC to delete Personal Data we hold about you, including data received through the Meta integration in our internal Slashdev Ops application. You do not need an Ops account or access to our internal systems to make a request.
How to Request Deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject Slashdev Ops data deletion request. You can use the same address for other Slashdev data deletion requests.
- Tell us which service or interaction your request concerns, the email address associated with it, and what data you want deleted. If relevant and known, include the name or identifier of the Meta account or Page involved so we can locate the records.
- Send the request from the associated email address where possible. We may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity or authority before deleting data. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment details or identity documents with your initial request.
What Happens Next
We review the request, locate relevant records, and delete or irreversibly anonymize Personal Data where applicable. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and explain the outcome, including any information we must retain and the reason. You can reply to the same email thread to ask about progress.
Some records may need to be retained to comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, or protect against fraud and misuse. Retained information remains access restricted and is used only for the relevant purpose. Copies in backups are removed through the backup retention cycle; if a backup is restored, applicable deletion requests must be reapplied. We may keep a limited record of your request and our response to demonstrate that it was handled.
Meta Accounts and Advertising Data
These instructions cover data held by Slashdev. They do not delete your Facebook or Instagram account, or data that Meta holds independently. For those requests, use Meta’s account settings and privacy resources. Disconnecting or removing Slashdev Ops from Meta stops access through that connection but does not automatically delete data already stored by Slashdev; send us a deletion request as described above.
For details about the information we process, its purposes and your rights, read our Privacy Policy.
