Michael Ballard
Michael studied machine learning at the University of Washington in 2016, before most companies had an AI strategy. He co-founded Slashdev to build production software with a senior, accountable team, and he still works directly with every client from the first brief to launch.

Patrich spent more than ten years as a systems administrator, running the production systems other teams depended on. He is passionate about building software and technology, and he brings that operations discipline to every build: sound architecture, clean deployments, and systems that stay up.
