ValPal gives UK estate agents an instant online valuation tool that turns homeowners browsing an agent's website into vendor and landlord leads. Around it sits a full lead-generation and nurturing suite: automated follow-up, chatbots, lead qualification and AI voice and SMS, used by a network of more than 4,000 agents, some of whom report 20 to 30 valuation leads a week from the tool.

We built the advanced lead-generation system in Laravel and React and took on the tech lead role, owning the architecture, the releases and the day-to-day engineering direction as the platform grew.
